ВПЛИВ ТРУДОВОЇ МІГРАЦІЇ СІЛЬСЬКОГО НАСЕЛЕННЯ НА ДОХОДИ ДОМАШНІХ ГОСПОДАРСТВ: ДОСВІД КИТАЮ ТА КОНЦЕПЦІЯ ДЛЯ ЄС ТА УКРАЇНИ

У дослідженні на основі поєднання теоретичних підходів та емпіричних даних проаналізовано, як трудова міграція сільського населення впливає на доходи домогосподарств у сільській місцевості. За допомогою незбалансованої панельної вибірки з декількох часових періодів, отриманої з даних China Family Panel Studies (CFPS), застосовано метод зіставлення за оцін ками схильності (Propensity Score Matching – PSM) та модель з фіксованими ефектами для оцінювання впливу міграції сільської робочої сили на доходи сільських домогосподарств. У результаті виявлено наявність суттєвого позитивного ефекту, який досягається завдяки зміцненню соціального капіталу сім’ї та доступу до системи соціального забезпечення. Аналіз на гетерогенність виявив, що цей ефект більш виражений у західній частині Китаю і серед домогосподарств з низьким рівнем доходу. У статті також концептуалізовано можливість застосування досвіду Китаю до Європейського Союзу й України з огляду на подібні демографічні виклики, залежність від сільськогосподарського сектору та процеси депопуляції. Результати мають практичне значення для формування політик розвитку економіки села й управління міграцією, особливо в контексті відновлення після пандемії та війни.
