РОЗВИТОК СИСТЕМИ СОЦІАЛЬНОГО ЗАХИСТУ В УКРАЇНІ У КОНТЕКСТІ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО ВИБОРУ

Досліджено основи функціонування національних систем соціального захисту, зокрема проблеми та їх причини, виконано аналіз прагматики протягом 2015–2020 рр., здійснено порівняльні розрахунки показників, віднесених на одну особу в євро, та загальні витрати на соціальні потреби. Для зіставлення відповідних критеріїв в Україні та Європі вибрано презентабельні країни чотирьох регіонів ЄС. За результатами аналізу виявлено суттєве відставання України у сфері соціального захисту від всіх країн ЄС, у т. ч. з аутсайдерами. З огляду на європейський досвід та особливості нашої держави обґрунтовано основні складові національної моделі соціального захисту. Розроблена модель охоплює стратегічні та поточні напрями розвитку, взаємодію між її складовими, фінансові ресурси. Також у моделі враховано вплив чинників зовнішнього середовища та орієнтацію на європейські орієнтири розвитку України.
