ДИСКУРС ЩОДО ВИТРАТ ДОМОГОСПОДАРСТВ СІЛЬСЬКОЇ МІСЦЕВОСТІ У КОНТЕКСТІ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИХ ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ СТУДІЙ

У статті за допомогою розробленого інструментарію дослідження проаналізовано динаміку та структуру вибраних витрат сільських домогосподарств України протягом 2014–2021 рр., визначено особливості формування як загальних витрат, так і за окремими видами з урахуванням реагування на інфляцію, а також обумовлено відповідні зрушення у збільшенні витрат. Оцінено рівень вагомості впливу окремих витрат на загальні витрати та зроблено висновок, що витрати на харчування мають найбільше впливають на сукупні витрати сільського населення. Виконано порівняльний аналіз витрат сільських домогосподарств в Україні та вибраних країнах ЄС за продуктами харчування та безалкогольними напоями; житлом, водою, електроенергією, газом та іншими видами палива; медициною; освітою, а також купівельною спроможністю в окремі роки протягом 2005–2020 рр., де виявлено відповідні розбіжності щодо рівня цих витрат. За результатами аналізу виявлено значно менший рівень витрат цих домогосподарств в Україні, якщо порівняти з країнами ЄС. З огляду на європейський вектор розвитку України та з урахуванням зарубіжного досвіду і потенційних національних можливостей розроблено рекомендації щодо суттєвого збільшення рівня витрат зазначених українських домогосподарств.
