РОЗВИТОК ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО МЕХАНІЗМУ ФОРМУВАННЯ ТА ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ЛЮДСЬКОГО КАПІТАЛУ В УМОВАХ ВИШЕГРАДСЬКОЇ ЧЕТВІРКИ ТА ПОЛІТИКИ СУСІДСТВА

У статті досліджено розвиток економічного механізму використання людського капіталу у країнах Вишеградської групи (Польща, Чеська рес публіка, Словацька республіка та Угорщина) в контексті політики сусідства. Проаналізовано еволюцію підходів до побудови економічного механізму використання людських ресурсів – від соціально-реформаторських і соціальнополітичних концепцій до сучасних моделей, що сформувалися під впливом трансформаційних процесів, європейської інтеграції та глобалізації. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у виокремленні базових принципів розвитку економічного механізму використання людського капіталу на основі комплексного аналізу історичного та економічного досвіду країн Вишеградської групи та політики сусідства з урахуванням основних макроекономічних показників. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для подальших наукових досліджень, а також при розробленні державних і корпоративних стратегій розвитку людського капіталу в країнах з перехідною економікою.
