ЕКОНОМІЧНА ВЗАЄМОЗАЛЕЖНІСТЬ МІЖ УКРАЇНОЮ ТА ІНШИМИ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИМИ КРАЇНАМИ В КОНТЕКСТІ РОЗВИТКУ СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО ПАРТНЕРСТВА В УМОВАХ ВІЙНИ

У дослідженні проаналізовано характер економічної взаємозалежності між Україною та європейськими країнами в умовах військової агресії Росії проти України. Автори розробляють та обґрунтовують інтегральний індекс економічної взаємозалежності (EIDI) між Україною та 41 європейською економікою (країнами ЄС, країнами-кандидатами та державами ЄАВТ). Індекс охоплює чотири ключові компоненти двосторонніх відносин: торгівлю товарами та послугами, фінансові зв'язки, міжнародну допомогу та міграційні потоки (відносно ВВП або населення України та країн-партнерів) у 2024–2025 роках. Крім того, для оцінювання дисбалансів у взаємозалежності між Україною та її партнерами створено Індекс економічної асиметрії (EAI). Результати показують, що найважливішими партнерами України є Німеччина, Польща, Кіпр, Нідерланди та Велика Британія, причому Кіпр є ключовим фінансовим центром, а Німеччина – провідним торговельним, міграційним та донорським партнером. Україна має збалансовану взаємозалежність з 24 європейськими економіками та асиметричну – з 17 державами. Географічна близькість зміцнює торговельні та міграційні зв'язки, тоді як віддалені країни надають більше міжнародної допомоги.
