ТУРИЗМ ЯК ДРАЙВЕР ЗАЙНЯТОСТІ В ГРЕЦІЇ: АНАЛІЗ РЕГІОНАЛЬНИХ ЕФЕКТІВ ПЕРЕЛИВУ ТА РОЛЬ ДИНАМІКИ РИНКУ

Ефективність в’їзного туризму є важливим фактором загального бізнес-циклу в Греції. У 2016–2022 рр. приріст частки експорту в’їзного туризму становив близько половини приросту ВВП. У статті проаналізовано структурні аспекти впливу в’їзного туризму на зайнятість у Греції у 2009–2022 рр. Використано кореляційний аналіз для виявлення взаємозв’язку показників туризму та зайнятості у сфері послуг з тимчасового розміщення; сільському господарстві; харчовій промисловості; сфері послуг з громадського харчування; бібліотечній, архівній, музейній та іншій культурній діяльності; діяльності зі збору, очищення та постачання води. Значущого впливу на динаміку зайнятості у сфері авіаперевезень та туристичного бронювання не виявлено. У низці регіонів Греції туризм відіграє особливо важливу роль, адже створює ефект переливу, впливаючи на зайнятість у місцевих постачальників. За допомогою регресійних моделей проаналізовано позитивний вплив на зайнятість у сфері послуг з тимчасового розміщення, загальний рівень та галузеву структуру регіональної зайнятості, розкрито ефекти переливу для регіонів та визначено роль динаміки ринку.
