МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ОСНОВИ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНОЇ ЗГУРТОВАНОСТІ: ДОСВІД ЄС ТА ПРІОРИТЕТИ ДЛЯ УКРАЇНИ В КОНТЕКСТІ ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЇ

У статті проаналізовано методологічні підходи та методичні інструменти щодо впливу політики територіальної згуртованості, спрямованої на зменшення міжрегіональних диспропорцій у регіонах країн ЄС. Контент-аналіз методичних підходів до оцінювання територіальної згуртованості в рамка різних програм і проєктів Європейської мережі спостереження за територіальним розвитком та згуртованістю (англ. – European Observation Network for Territorial Development and Cohesion), що від початку свого створення називалася The European Spatial Planning Observation Network, ESPON, – дав змогу дослідити еволюцію підходів до оцінювання територіальних диспропорцій між регіонами країн ЄС. На основі компаративного аналізу методологічних основ оцінювання територіальної згуртованості в ЄС розкрито основні перешкоди щодо застосування методик ЄС для оцінювання політики територіального розвитку в Україні, а також визначено основні напрями вдосконалення системи статистичного спостереження територіального розвитку.
