ЗМІЩЕННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙ ЗАЙНЯТОСТІ В ПОЛЬЩІ ДО 2022 Р. В НАПРЯМКУ ДО ПОЛЯРИЗАЦІЇ РИНКУ ПРАЦІ

Анотація


Основну увагу приділено змінам у структурі професій зайнятості в Польщі. Детально висвітлено причини цих зміщень від технічних змін та модернізації освіти до інституційних реформ і розглянуто гіпотезу поляризації ринку праці. Проаналізовано майбутній попит на робочу силу на основі прогнозування зайнятості професійних груп та їх кваліфікації до 2022 р. Подано коментарі щодо нових викликів і можливих напружень, які можуть спостерігатися в деяких сегментах ринку праці Польщі через невідповідність між попитом на кваліфікацію й пропозицією.
