РОЛЬ ІТ-АУТСОРТИНГУ В ПРОДУКТИВНОСТІ, ВИРОБНИЦТВІ ТА ТЕХНІЧНІЙ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ: НА ПРИКЛАДІ ІНДІЙСЬКИХ ФІРМ

Анотація

Проведені  економетричні  дослідження  виявили,  що  як  інформаційні технології (ІТ), так і аутсорсинг товарів і послуг впливають на зростання продуктивності фірм. Досі,  однак,  не  було жодного  схожого  дослідження щодо оцінки ІТ-аутсорсингу. У даній роботі вивчається це питання з використанням фірм-покупців Індії як прикладу. Досліджується еластичність виходу продукції для  програмного  забезпечення  та  ІТ-послуг (SWIS-аутсорсингу),  яка  передбачає більший прибуток, ніж ті, що були наявні раніше. Доведено, що купівельні аутсорсингові SWIS сприяють руху фірм ближче до паритету з найбільш технічно  ефективними фірмами.  Підсумовується, що  аутсорсинг  є  чудовим варіантом для  компаній, які  хочуть  інвестувати в  ІТ,  і що в  Індії повинні  заохочувати цю політику.
